'Using Digital Dictation and the Services of Secretarial Solutions
It is with pleasure that I write this testimony for Secretarial Solutions and the services that they offer.
I have recently retired as Managing Partner of a Solicitors Firm in North Wales where recruitment of proficient secretaries became very difficult.
It was during this time that I first came into contact with Secretarial Solutions. The ability to reduce staffing costs internally for all secretarial work (including employment liability) and free up support staff to undertake more worthwhile fee earning roles, (which improved job satisfaction and client care) helped persuade the other Partners to utilise the services of Secretarial Solutions.
The change over produced excellent results and the services offered by Secretarial Solutions were second to none. We invested in Digital Dictation Machines and all fee earners were encouraged to download their work onto computer to e-mail it out to Secretarial Solutions. Broadband assisted in transmission on both sides and the free flow of work backwards and forwards caused very little hassle. Prioritised work was returned within 24 hours.
Secretarial Solutions offers an excellent support services to all businesses. I am now working in the leisure industry and am utilising Secretarial Solutions without the need to employ a personal assistant or secretary. When you are in business for yourself it is important to consider all options and I have found that the way forward for the future is to use external secretarial services.
Geraldine the founder of Secretarial Solutions has put a lot of effort into offering a streamlined service to businesses. As a legal Secretary herself it does mean that her specialisation allows her to offer support to the legal industry as well as the business community at large.
